Many of my colleagues have been made redundant because their jobs have been moved to India. i am also a target. Telstra Global Operation Center will be able to close soon. The real estate can be sold by Telstra to falsely boost the share price. Same as when other assets were sold.
My post is not racist. I have worked with many of the staff in India and they are all very nice people. They too are feeling the pressure of long hours and most are shocked to know of the wages difference between Australia and India.
