How low will the APB be this year? Any thoughts?

If anyone is expecting their former boss to give them anything for their OKRs, I’d plan otherwise… surely the direction would be: “ if they left, give them zero for their OKRs scoring”

Trend is to 0.4-0.55 depending on your personal OKR scoring. I'd be pretty confident in planning on a 0.5-ish. Hope this helps.
