Thread regarding BNSF Railway layoffs

Give up RCO qualification

Without RCO would force all crews in yards to be two man crews, can’t switch or go between, or protect shoves at that point without two man crews, break the yards, one man crews on the road won’t matter, make BNSF play by the same cr-p they force on workers, then let them explain it to their cherished shareholders

Argentine is dang near automated now just got a pin lifter at top of the bowl, scabbing out will in essence violate NLRA but seems there’s no congressional oversight for holding carriers responsible, and most union lawyers are worse than having a public defender in a mu---r trial, and union officers are simply su-k a $$ employees who moved up to avoid working in the crafts, so messing over their associated crafts means nothing as long as they are compensated for doing so by whomever

That would be chaos coming in and digging every yard out and turning them into automated bowls, but then again BNSF isn’t known for making decisions that make sense, can easily see the headlines saying BNSF taking steps to improve rail infrastructure, but in reality it’s just to get rid of people

Yea might work not having to people on the ground playing pitch a bish, but if BNSF gets its way they will automate the yards with one guy pulling pin lifters like they do in Argentine, then one person securing the brakes for it all.
