When looking at leaving remember that outside of Exxon the bonus is a big part of the compensation. Don’t look at the salary and think it is low. Look at the sites that explain how it works like Glassdoor or just apply and get an offer to see for yourself. Do not just compare the salary as a big part of the pay is bonus etc. and don’t be scared of bonus. They kept paying even through COVID. And not just for executives like was done at exxon

Also got pension, look into taking lump sum and investing it until 65. So if you leave it’s not as much a loss as some say or you would think
