Because EAP is a inferior product. It really is not a good platform. That many lead leads have expressed concerns over EAP and Citigroup management continues to push EAP shows how little management cares what their subject matter experts think.
Simple reason they don’t have enough technical knowledge and skill to understand and use EAP and they don’t want spend as well. Also who ever have knowledge they were forcefully controlled and stopped by their leads because of politics and anger on Citi.
What is EAP ?
