Even if they want to sell who will buy this product line ? I heard they couldn't sell CB, that's why it merged to Symantec. if no one wants to buy this combined sh-t, then what's the next step? Until that ESG BU folks can keep collecting RSUs, its win win situation.

Massive layoffs every quarter.
That's correct. HT was not able to sell it. The buyer backed out at the last minute. Then, HT placed CB's leader in charge of the entire ESG business unit. How is it going? Any additional layoffs the quarter?
