It took time and a lot of energy, but it finally paid off. It’s not an improvement in terms of pay, but it definitely is an improvement in terms of not being a job with CVS. Be persistent, there are jobs out there. Don’t get stuck on this sinking ship.

Same here, I just landed a job outside of cvs and my stress level and blood pressure are back to normal. My ex boss was so far in over their head it was laughable...but they kiss the right a-s.

Yep. No less than 10 interviews since October. 2 more scheful3d before the year is out. Still a lot of internal hires, but a smart recruiter will know to hire the wealth of knowledge here.
