Finally someone does the right thing. He eroded $150B shareholder value, lay-off thousands, while making $200M+! There should be some accountability….praying after the damage is done is crocodile tears. He may need to pray for himself now and fight against returning $210M to Intel! Good lawsuit.

It is all free in Intel to tell lies. If Intel has no moral, at least it should have a law to punish mis-behaving:
(1) get fired if telling lies on purpose
(2) reduce 50% salary if un-intentionally telling lies (as they are fools).
Exactly! The fact that didn’t achieve any of his stated goals and lost us close 150 billion in value and still got paid tens of hundreds of millions is criminal. He didn’t earn on red cent of it and really should have been placed on pip
Who really thinks Gelsinger got a grander close to $200 million.. the guy met practically zero of his goals… I’d seriously bet he walked away with no more than $40 million over his term, and that’s being generous on my part…
There must have been his next big pay-out "right around the corner"
Name few good things Pat has done for the company. His staff is mostly his picks (CFO, CTO, Nex GM, etc). So, who do u blame for failure? He used to blame his predecessors for failures in pasr…but what did he do with $210M he was paid?? Anyone? All he did was talk and claim success is just around the corner.
Sour grapes
Pastor Pat raking in millions preaching Bible on X. Fking cu-t!!
Farm boy with President Biden, photo ops, fame, jet setter, etc and earned millions! Now what did Intel share holder or employees gain? Nothing but lost money, jobs, put US mfg in vulnerable position. Now he prays to God! WTF. Return Intel the money now and hold your head high, otherwise he is nothing but another greedy exec, disconnected from real problem at Intel, no idea how to fix….just talk talk BS BS. Can’t wait for this case to go to trial.
His strategy was flawed at best. His honesty is questionable at best. His greed is definitely beyond his capability. I think he should return at least his sign in package after turning the high hope on him into a total disaster.
We definitely misled the investors and public about how things were going. I don’t think anyone can dispute that didn’t. We all saw it and we all knew the truth
He IS an interesting case study of Silicon Valley fraudsters
That ge---r is cooked no cap fr fr
Madarchod Pat should be behind bars! Fking co-----cker
While this lawsuit will not succeed it will shine the light on the incompetent CEO, CFO, and the board. The most effective approach is if the shareholders vote the board out.
@gjp: not if there is demonstrated fraud. One can bullsh-t about Jesus all they want without consequences. It's a different story when shareholder money is involved.
How do I join?
This will waste more Intel time and money - All officers/employees etc. etc. are indemnified!
You know. You folks should cut PG some slack. With his condition, he should not be held accountable for his actions but rather held in a mental ward
Good. Perhaps the board should start a Gofundme for his defense. I hope he feels the need to pray for himself while feeling much pain
