Let it motivate you. Its all by design. A bell curve that’s flexible, sometimes inverse but adjustable to be recurve if needed….blah….blah…blah….its all designed to confuse and frustrate you so you give up and seek employment elsewhere. Honestly use it, leave. Other companies are in fact paying more. Use this as motivational fuel to go elsewhere for more money. You can pick just about any company and get paid either the same or more. Citi is not spectacular on pay and benefits no matter how hard they try to sell that it is.
I find it odd that Jane has made sure that Citi pay and benefits are average at best but try just as hard to sell that its much much more.
