Asia will not be hit as hard due to costs, essentially it's an outsourcing type of move and their trimming down America and European headcount, "fat and dead branches" as people up top will call it.
UK teams especially those managers looking at 3 day hybrid instead of going back full 5 days will be at the top of the list.
