Heard that Atleos is discontinuing another benefit (ESPP), I know not everyone participated, but it was kinda a good plan to be able to buy the stock discounted 15%
What’s discontinued next, the company match on the 401k/RSP plans, I think that’s all that’s left?
Too many employees buying their worthless stock then flipping it for the free 15% pay raise.
Health insurance premium is going up next year as Atleos discontinued the biometric credit. Some people were helped by that, but not me unfortunately. I haven't heard of any other benefit changes than the ESPP suspension. Hopefully our bonus is paid out (at least partially)!
Previous poster clearly doesn’t understand the 401k, 50% match the first 10%………. Nope, better go back and read the details or ask your manager to explain it to you.
They cut the 401k at Voyix for new hires starting in 2025! 50% match for your 1st 10% contribution. 100% match of your next 2% contributions.
Not talking about 401k, pay attention a bit more, this is what your boss likes, be better, be smarter.
401k company match 100% for the first 4%, I think it stops after that.
