WHAT WAS THE POINT

You report a toxic environment, Manager on an ego trip, micro managing by not only the New Manager but a New Team Leader, zero trust, no guidance on your actual role but you are told that it’s just because it’s a NEW team, it’s just a PHASE and it will all work out….UHMMMMM NOOOOO it will not, if others can work in a team of snakes 🐍 I know damn sure I can’t…sooo this collaborating team member it’s on it’s way out, invested 13 years so I will take my skills and experience elsewhere where I am seen, heard and valued no matter what the title is

People are happy who left BH - when likes of top leadership consists of biased approach and bring in own team or own people specially YAQ F-K DAN destroyed CWI with his special mindset of incapable team will secure my job - that is what gonna happen. - number will be made look good but deep down in number they all know they are crumbling - for how long - win is to get sold - dream of all Leadership team

Toxic work environment has been the normal at Emmott and CWI since "HE" took over. I'll never forget how HE and the snakes in the grass took control of the quality department in February 2024. B@ckst@bbers for sure

Leadership rewards backstabbers and promotes egotistic borderline psycopatic persons for management roles. This breeds toxicity. So many good managers have been passed over, left or in some cases gave even been let go to make room for the cr-ppy ones. So happy i left the place. I cannot see how they plan to turn the ship around. It looks to me they are on a pump and dump path looking to sell while they still can
