The fastest way to ruin a project is to ignore the people it’s meant to help.

THIS is Jane’s regime. They ask for feedback, you give it, and if its something they don’t want to hear, they ignore it and you get labeled a naysayer. This mindset comes from the top and trickles on down.

A plea for feedback is more of a call to arms for enablers to chime in on “tell me what I want to hear so I can announce this idea as a victory”.

If you’re ever asked for feedback always make it positive or that’s your @ss. Never give your true opinion if its negative.
