Once again we walk into the computer retail store (All of um) and every laptop with Intel in it has the Blue Screen. This has been the case since the beginning of the Wintel partnership. How long did you think this would last and why are we still questioning "What Went Wrong?"

Do not be surprised. The company employees mostly use MAC at home.
My mom is using macbook pro with Intel 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo since 2010 for daily needs. The last time it was restarted on summer 2023 during yearly PM.
Two other Intel chip macbook pro 2015 Retina are used daily by me and wife (SAS JMP, Photoshop, Affinity Photo, C1, DxO). Honestly, I had to change batteries twice on each of them. But neither was ever freezed.
So, the question would be different: "What Went Wrong with Microsoft?"
I used to bugcheck demo computers at my local retailers just for fun, maybe that's the case here?
For almost two decades I've never once ever had an Intel Mac fail on me. I've had a few M1's fail already. Your problem is probably user error (choosing Winbloze).
