India teams manage to fu-k up work where US teams have to clean up... and they get their vacations too!

Qualcomm managers in the US and India are fostering a very hostile work environment by pitting US teams against India teams and creating a double standard where India teams are never held accountable for their mistakes.

Some teams actually deserve to get cut. So much bloat and nothing to show for.
And yet we keep making more and more directors and senior directors in US.
