Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

Is Pure doing better than NetApp?

Lately it appears Pure has taken the lead over NetApp. Sorry but the CEO with the funny hat is beating What Would George Do at his own game. Agree or disagree?

If so, why do their sales reps keep interviewing to leave and come to NetApp?

Pure grew (a lot) over the past decade. GK (CEO) hasn't been able to move revenues up from $6B since he took over 10 years ago...series of terrible acquisitions and business decisions. Shocking the board hasn't gotten rid of him and top leadership yet.

Pure sales seem good because they’re still, after 10 years, focused on acquiring new customers and ki-ling off companies like NetApp, and then will raise prices. NetApp has 30 years of customers and profitability and stability as their aims
