Last poster is lucky that be laid off imo and get some kind of package .
Since Arris days, company is a he-l hole.
Imagine having certain managers who don't give time back when work out of hours,no star awards for any project work and to top it off..not even a happy Christmas message to direct reports. ....hate to leave with noting after years of service but the place has definately fuels low morale and stress.so toxic and sick to the stomach of how slt continually feather their own nests.

No need to tell me. I was laid off a year and a half ago, and during my time with CommScope (after being part of the ARRIS acquistion), I leaned that the stock options I received with ARRIS were no longer applicable to anyone below Director (Sr. Director?) Level. CommScope bonuses appeared paltry in contrast to the size of the bonuses we once enjoyed with ARRIS, and...?

I've kept track of all the really awful things CommScope has done to their employees based entirely on the poor decisions that the SLT (Senior Leadership Team) have made. Freezing matching contributions to the 401K's? Frozen wages. Shrunken bonuses. And then...?

We read that Chuck Treadway is having a FABULOUS year with a big raise, huge bonus, an annual compensation just north of $12 Million bucks for this past year, and folks...

Has he really done ANYTHING to improve things with the company? What new R&D programs has he championed? In his townhalls? Does he even talk about CommScope's 1, 3, 5, and 10 year goals and objectives, or does he just tirelessly rehash finance numbers from the quarter before, and the quarter ahead.

Horrible Benefits come from a Horrible Company being led by Horrible, self-centered Leaders.
