Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

AE's are next

Look, I get it, you're all sick of the in the know updates. What I read today was shown to me by a SVP. The meat of it was AE's will be focused on next, it mentioned kpi's and pips.

It is probably expected, but it's now in writing and will be shared by your lead in Q1.

This isn't too scare you, be prepared in whatever way that means to you.

They got rid of AEs in the MB space with no great drop off in revenue so apparently they're going to do the same across the other segments next year.

The one point of equity at dell is that leadership wants us to leave so they don't have to pay severances. No one is safe. Everyone is next. They don't want yall... it's cr@ppý but the truth. 🤷‍♀️

Let's be straight, you are only going to be running scared if you are an AE that hides behind your virtual team.

If you know your brief, know your customers, all of them, you leave your home office and regularly visit your customers, then you'll be golden.
