Feel really bad for all the employees left behind who are helpless against inept leadership. No bonuses, stock in the toilet and losing business like crazy...sad

Change or have change thrust upon you.
There are initiatives 5 years behind or more. Good leaders would have adapted changed things, but let's stay with what we know. Right?
And here we are. You needed 50 people to get that done? Now corporate just laid 10 of them off.
There's no excuse.
