Even if you do great work, chances of retention are minimal IF someone who knows Grant Parsamyan or Christa Quarles 'needs' your job. They wait around and lay off people without giving them their earned bonus.
Job descriptions are an unreal joke, with begging and pleading to buy into the company koolaid. ELT caused complete disarray with their extreme predatory nature of questionable layoffs. Never seen anything like it. They also have reviews removed from Glassdoor.
