He is making us rich even though we don't deliver. We can never get this kind of CEO in our lifetime.

He's using the carrot and stick approach for a reason, hence why you may feel "rich" with RSUs. Ultimately the fact remains that if you are below the line of doom, there will be layoffs. I was there for 6 years with Symantec. He's really not the brightest nor considerate CEO. I remember feeling much like you, "The world is my oyster... nothing can stop us." Believe me. You are a disposable asset. Mr. Tan is the only employee immune to layoffs. I had some very exemplary stats. We all did, and then we were swept away.

No matter how many salty posts you make, your layoff cannot be reversed. Accept it and move forward, you will have a bright future.
