What the he-l has happened to Dell? I’m so done with all the office drama. Why can’t I just get some peace to focus on my work? Is that really too much to ask? It’s exhausting dealing with all the nonsense when all I want is to finish my tasks and still have time for my family. It shouldn't be this hard to get some space.

It’s been really miserable in 2024. I mean, it was also miserable in 2023 but at least then I was home with my wife during the day. Now im in an office, surrounded by dudes in polos. Fighting the traffic to hop on zoom calls. And they just keep treating us worse and worse while faking smiles. It’s brutal… anyway, happy holidays?

Yes very toxic. One of the worst places I've been. It was supposed to be a billion dollar company but it had a dollar-store corporate feel.

A former coworker told me that Dell was the most toxic workplace that he had ever seen. He said that micromanaging and backbiting was prevalent.

My friend at dell round rock offices said people steal her little desk goodies she gets from plms and she has staked out a desk as hers since she comes in 5 days a week. On the AHOD meeting last week all the questions were about rto and people wanting assigned seats. All the answers basically said take it up in the streets of your neighborhoods cause we don't care about your petty squabbles.
It was so freaking funny. My beef is with the leg jigglers that shake everything on the row. I'm coming for you jigglers...
