She is a woman executive who was highly thought of back years ago. By keeping her on the books they could still count her as an executive female. Intel lost women like Diane Bryant at the time and they did not want Intel to look like they were losing women leaders. She was a total academic and did not contribute any tangible results.

I think shareholders should sue management for funneling intel’s money for friends, family and favorites.
By the way, she or someone who supports her voting down all posts about her. In 2015 she made a harassment claim, shortly after was promoted and then worked out a deal that basically made her an Intel employee after she left in 2016, 8 years…what a deal, what a harassment. It is a bull… if you have supports and friends at Intel. You get rewards.
It continues. Greg, sachin negative value - promoted. Nick left due to personal reasons, still was an employee. Corporate strategy Saf had his McKinsey colleagues hired promoted at levels beyond their capability level, hired McKinsey as consulting company to do corporate strategy for Intel…
