Thread regarding BP PLC layoffs

We are the next Enron

This has been a long time coming. For many years we have been under the leadership of people with poor or immature ethics.

If I were the leaders of BP and Bpx I'd be very concerned. Can you sense a major shift over the last few years in morale, faith in leadership, and an overall sense that something isn't right here?

There is a whole slew of ethical issues and SEC violations stacking up at BP and Bpx.

Get ready for the corporate blood bath that is getting ready to ensue.

people are disillusioned and morale is negative. this company has been a value destruction machine for decades and especially after the spill. Compare performance of this company against any possible competitor on a one, five, ten, fifteen, or twent year time period and tey to claim that things are not sc--wed. company has been circling the toilet for many years due to idiocy and unforced errors. the end is nigh. it is impossible to be proud to work for this trash company

We had the rights to zohr before eni and sh1t the bed. Now we’re trading assets into an IJV to get back in. What the he-l is going on. Who is running M&A for bp now?

They’re threads. Not treads. These are not uk pensioners, they only care about getting some inflation adjusted raise. The people voicing concern here are employees trying to understand how their own net worth has not grown for 2 decades, how many inadequate people have assumed positions of power based on BLs fascination with sleeping with employees and how with all this we just spun off assets into a JV where he’s on the board. If you have answers to these questions please do share.

So the UK pensioners have taken over these treads. Lame.

Keep trying to discredit people getting the word out here.

Instead of considering the fact that things may actually be this bad you scoff and manipulate and assume its just one or two bad apples.

Have you ever considered that there is a lot of truth to what employees are unloading here? No. You are too arrogant because you are one of the pi-s poor leaders causing this bad company culture.

Instead of looking at the leadership, ethics, and bad decisions you treat people like dirt. I've been on this site for many years and I've slowly watched the decline in bp and the morale of its people.

This isn't just one or two. There are a lot of unhappy people at bp and bpx and for good reasons.

Just consider it. Maybe consider that things are this bad.

At least Enron had a runup in share price. bp just continues to sink and sink and sink. Recalling Enron, though, it would be funny if someone were to ask Murrtard if he is on crack
