They're forcing us to get our ethics training done by this past Monday when it's officially due Dec 6th. Does someone get a prize for finishing early. Talk about mixed messaging. We got an email Monday that it had to be done by end of day and it was the first we heard of it. Keep in mind this directive is coming from India.

yes, was wondering the same question, the deadline used to be Jan 30'th or something like that.
It’s just how the org functions.. mostly it is created pressure. The bigger question one should ask of why is the official deadline Dec 1st and not end of Q4 like how it used to be till last year.?!

I just zip through it and take the tests at the end...and if I fail first, just retake it. Pretty easy. Can be done all modules in about a half hour/45 minutes. I think one you had to watch stupid videos and answer questions to continue. I guess Dell hasn't figured out yet that nobody actually takes the courses...they just whip through them.
This happens every year. They make it a little contest cor upper management to get done first. I just do it as soon as it comes out, I hate hearing about it for weeks.

I got pinged personally today to finish. Someone must be getting an 'atta boy' for getting their org to finish early. The whole curriculum is a joke anyhow.

we had one directory here try to force people to do the dell volunteer programme. Complete a-s-wipe. Dell management is buffoonery
there are no ethics here
