Good. I don't work there anymore but when I did, it was a place that was rife with nepo-hires and promotions in Bioinformatics. Not 'one' of your so-called Directors or Senior Directors in Bioinformatics is or was remotely trained in Bioinformatics. The obvious outcome was extreme jealousy and unworthiness from your so-called (Sr)Directors of Bioinformatics towards trained and capable people in Bioinformatics. All the capable people pretty much left around 2021. What you have now is a pile of disposable junk.
You people need to start fresh by kicking out all the grand-fathered nepo hires (who call themselves Directors of Senior Directors of Bioinformatics). JUst wipe out everything, and start fresh. Do better this time.
