Who do you think is the best and worst of the L1's? Watercooler talk from marketing is that jennifer is already a disaster compared to jim. With neil we seem to talk some of the business well but other areas seem ignored or not understood. My friends say mark is really good to work for. Unless you report directly to these people it is hard to know but usually you can tell from their leaders whether they are any good.

Anyone have anything positive to say about HPE's EC?
In my org the L1s cash-out every 1.5-2 years or so. They bring no value.
I work in marketing at HPE. Jennifer has been invisible to us since taking over. Not even one team meeting.
