Does any real action come from these, or are they simply some “we listen to you” check-the-box activity to help hr and leaders feel better about themselves?

I will have mine in February lol just gonna get the 200% bonus and I’m gone there’s no future here for me, only if i su-k some and I won’t do that!! Management are so incompetent in the Permian basin. Carlsbad, hobbs.. you have to be either friend or family to move up good luck my friends!!!
Wait, you were given an exit interview? My leader axed me over the phone, left the call and gave it to HR.
And you know what, the stock price mirrors the sentiment that both the employees, past and present, as well as the street share, dvn is on a downward trajectory, and no one wants to have anything to do with them.
What is allowed is what will continue indeed.
Devon has proven countless times to their employees that they don't give a damn. The eyes of our illustrious HR team glaze over as you share the continued mismanagement and inappropriate treatment experienced. When an employee chooses to leave voluntary or otherwise, the employee is considered the problem...regardless. We are collateral damage as they continue to flaunt their inability to manage. We are just another head to step on.
If they listened, they would have no middle management, they are absolute trash. It is nothing new, they found out in the countless pulse surveys and in the exit interviews. What is allowed, will continue. Long live the ghost of wide track.
All they did in my exit interview that lasted less than a minute, was them showing me where the nearest exit is.
No action comes from them. They are merely fact finding missions to bring to light any threats to the company. Use it to your advantage, then negotiate for more severance.
I didn’t stick around long enough to find out if they listened or not.
