Plenty of employee mistreatment and favoritism happens at Walgreens. You gotta ask if an HR department even exists in the company. Why are they pathetically ineffective? Neal hiring his friends and family etc are blatant violations. Either Burger is incapable or burger is eaten alive by bigger dogs in the company. Which one is it?

Matt Dammbrosia....what a joke. This company has no ethics....
One would think this might also be where your ethics office comes into play....but Matt D-mbrosia has been a long-standing dog no teeth. He just collects a paycheck and his ineptness became quite clear during the Hsiao era under Roz. So many issues could and should have been investigated....nothing was ever done.
