I guess the problem lies in the fact that smartly designed layoffs and reorgs require smart people leading the process.

After 5 yrs, why arent the PdM VP and his useless team in TSB shown the door,yet? They are costing $2M in emp-cost while they brought zero cents. They are hiding under the AI umbrella now. They are like roaches hiding behind rotten wood.
