i would like to hear from other women who work at sap. the best thing about rto for me is being able to get my kids off and on the bus. my mom used to help us out with this so its not impossible for me to work in an office. its much more convenient. especially for her because her health has been declining.
my biggest gripe is saps restroom policy. it was communicated that employees can use the restroom based on their gender identity instead of their biological s-x. it wasnt a big deal at first because i worked remotely. rto tells women like me that we either have to subject ourselves to this nonsense or risk being targeted by our colleagues and managers for being intolerant.
i guess this shouldnt surprise me knowing saps history of silencing women who have been r-ped or as--ulted. my girlfriends and i are reduced to expressing our gripes in a private group chat. one of them has been in the restroom when a guy entered. she was very bothered by it but felt like she couldnt talk to anyone.
do other women feel the same way?
