I’ve been wanting to leave for months, but for now, nothing offers the same great schedule I get here. I could be lucky with my manager but I get a lot of flexibility and that's a big deal to me. It’s not just about the money. That's the only positive, though. So, I’m holding out hope that something better will come up in the next month so I can make the move.

It really IS greener on the other side. I never met a soul who was worse off after leaving or being fired.
