Less than 20% Bonuses trickle down. Favorites will get more. Everyone gets a 3. I've been flat out told that certain staff wanted to be kept, therfore they got more. It's all manufactured by Lead Directors has nothing to do with your yearly goals. You are set up no matter what you do.

So many good people will leave, with so much domain knowledge. “Leadership” will learn really quick that decent pay was the ONLY thing keeping a lot of people at CVS. In the past 4 years Bonus funding has gone from 179.5% to 149.5% then down to 83.1% and finally 30%. That’s just the target too, you’ll need a 4+ rating to get that, most will probably get like 25%. I wasn’t going to put much effort into my self evaluation but now I think I’m just going to write: “FML” or “GFY”

Sm--k in the face to all the employees. We bust our stones and executives who can't run the company decide the bonus amount.
