Fu-k this place and its failed leadership. Karen road the coat tails of Covid for as long as she could...made millions and got her plastered on the covers of all the big publications. "Most powerful woman in healthcare this..." and "most influential that...". What a fu--ing joke. She and her administration sank this company silently and now we all pay the price.
Sorry, it's not the worker bees that should suffer. We did our jobs. The captain and officers steered the ship into the iceberg because they didn't pay attention to the iceberg warnings. Now the passengers are left to go down with the ship.

Maybe they could increase the MIP to at least 60% since they won’t be paying Karen’s bonus this year.

We were at MIP 120% just a few years ago. This is the worst its been for me in over 12 years. I heard they priced Medicare plans too low and didn't forecast the amount of claims they would be hit with.

It's the lowest percentage I've ever experienced in eight years. The timing is epepical with the announcement of Glenview' new board members. They want to drive up the stock to stockholders with layoffs, reduction of bonuses, and "quietly resignations". That's what they're hoping for is for us to leave before the new year.

I really hope the bonus at the EVP level is zero! Those fu--ing id--ts deserve nothing

Happy to still have a job in this market but I have now officially lost any motivation I had left to do anything more than the absolute bare minimum. I’ll be spending most of my days going forward looking for new jobs on company time. What’s my incentive to do more? The less than 2% raise? Everyone do yourselves a favor and jump off of this sinking ship, it’s not getting any better!

I'm sitting here on layoff enjoying an afternoon glass of wine knowing I'll get a bonus after not working for the last month and a 1/2. I feel bad for people still stuck there, I really do. Please, for your sanity LEAVE!

Between this, hybrid, layoffs, no chance of promotions because sr mangers never leave, and a toxic culture with no direction, it's just another way of getting people to leave.
If you are young and talented, don't stay here. Find something else and bring others with you. 5 years or more in a role is dead ending yourself.

"Approximately" 30%... so likely means it'll be far below... expect 0%-20% since it's almost impossible we'll hit our Ops Income goal...

Ask yourself why the suggen transparency again? They want you beat down and hope you quit. This is the new norm for the Trump administration.

I know the bar is pretty low but I do appreciate them sending out an estimate. Karen used to send an estimate like every quarter until it fell below 100%, then suddenly it was radio silence.

All these people crying like toddlers about taxes.
Then vote in people who use terms like "fair share".

Wake up start voting for people who view taxes for what they are.

Taxation is theft.

I can hear my former team complaining through the internet. I would love to have a job even at that bonus rate.
The ones left have to pay off their second homes don't you know. Have to pay for their lavish vacations. Have to waste money on meaningless work and keep obdient staff to keep their titles.

My MIPS a few years ago was $15k, but with taxes it turned out to be around 8k so I know those numbers can happen.. of course I am also in sr. level mgmt.. NOT sr. level mgmt that contributed to this mess either so no hate.. ;-)

How about all the Senior Executives and Board Members take a 50% PAY CUT....they're the f'ing id--ts that got us into this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But no, they still get to go back to their big homes, private country club memberships and their high-end European vacations.

I am exempt, but only do enough to make myself LOOK busy.. I now truly onlybdo about 4 hours of work a week, and most of that time is spent managing emails.. the rest of the week I spend applying to other jerbs and playing Rabbids on my Switch..

Quiet Quitting is a real thing..

So, for all the layoffs..you would think it would be higher.
For all the VPs, Exec Dirs, and LDs that made decisions, was it worth it?
Next time do a better evaluation of who to let go. This place is so top heavy with VPs ad Exec Directors they report to each other.

The 50% taxes ki-ls, but it's all a joke regardless given inflation and stagnant raises.. The only was to get your worth is to move to other companies every 2 to 3 years.. I know a poor girl been here foe 25 years and is making about 38% of what is being offered to new employees in her same job.. sure, she's a chump but she has 2 kids in college and is scared to death of job insecurity.. i tried to tell her there was no such thing, but she won't listen..

Funding at APPROXIMATELY 30% so don't be surprised if it's more like in the 20s or even lower. We knew it was going to su#$ but to see such a low number really puts things in perspective!!

9k wow? Most I have have seen is 3000 or 4000 but they take out 50% plus in taxes.

You are right I am making less due to inflation and also exempt employees they have to remember work more than 40hrs
