I witness a manager make a racist remark and customers also over heard...How can I report this manager without any repercussions???? I'm afraid they will cut my hours. I will. not give anyone my employee number and risk my job.

The manager was let go. If it’s the same story that I heard..used a slur and joked about it with a coworker. It was reported to corporate anonymously and confirmed by others.
Some dum people here asking if you are sure you heard a racial slur??? The slur was said and yes another coworker was present and laughed..what about the people that the slur was referring too?? WGAF if they lose their job?? They should know better.
HR cases are not outsourced. They work for the company
Before you ruin someones life, i would ask if it really was a racial slur, or did you just interpret it that way because you are always butt-hurt about everything? It seems unlikely a racial slur was used.

Who tf do we outsource our cases to? God some ignorant people here. How ever if there is a witness to the incident that is willing to collaborate the allegations open a SIS by calling HR or even if not witness it is still appropriate to open.
Honestly, HR is normally a joke, but one thing I will say about the company we outsource our cases to is that they do not play about discrimination. I have seen many long term employees get terminated for racism, xenophobia, transphobia, etc. QUICKLY. I think there is a good chance they will be fired.
Was it actually a slur or are you misinterpreting something just to make a federal case

1: absolutely nothing
2: the manager wont do anything to you but AP will
3: they will find a way to fire you in a few months
4: if you report to store manager she might try to sweep it under the rug
stuff like this make store managers look worst than they are ready are
5: they will fire the manager 1st then you in a few months
