While filing an initial claim on the Oregon unemployment page I saw that it detected an incorrect employer, location and address for me. It was showing Arizona as my address with some error sign while I work in Oregon. Has anybody else noticed this? I wonder if this may create problem in approval of the claim.

I've been thinking about this and the ISP folks of retirement age still got the ERP package.
Those that took the ERP are likely in two camps: those that wanted to retire, and those that wanted to control their destiny. Taking ERP but still needing to need to work is a layoff IMO. It is similar to choose this... or else..
Intel does not contest filings - apply. You paid into the system, get yours.
Hmmm, in the separation agreement, it states you left voluntarily. For those that applied to OR unemployment, did you say "Voluntarily leaving work" was the reason?
took the VSP and OR unemployment has been paying out to me since 9/30 with the Intel AZ address... not a problem. Nice weekly bonus payout.
Taking ERP is the same as taking CMP. Think those none of those people applied for unemployment? It clearly states that you can take it. And if OR unemployment doesn't have a problem with it why do you? It's not like I didn't contribute to it for 20+ years.
you just gave the 2 possible answers mentioned in the post (why do you care & Others are also doing it) !!!

Wow - you take ERP and then claim Unemployment.....
I know the answer i will get "Stay In your Lane"... OR "others are doing it - why cannot I do it"
Yes, it does show AZ address. It's not an issue. Been claiming since 9/30 without a problem. RA ERP.
Mine has the same. I haven't heard from Oregon unemployment yet.
