After the announcement of self-examination of “span” of roles by Ross, I think significant cuts maybe coming.
We have too many people, especially too many retired-in-place managers and senior people that have been holding on for way too long.
It’s clear they don’t fit in a changing organization, with new technology, and increasing pressure to decarbonize and electrify.
