Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Stock Together

Less than half of my outstanding Stock Together awards have been deposited in my Fidelity account. I left the company on September 13 and they were supposed to have been deposited within 60 days. Anyone else experiencing this?

Did anyone receive their RSU payouts for the 2024 layoff? If so, what was the time frame? I was told 60-90 days and I am approaching 90 days with no updates.

You will all get them eventually. Took almost 3 months for me to get mine

Yep however now it's showing for this week on the work history site but we signed a contract and it was supposed to be within 60 days. It is past 60 days and they failed to uphold their end of the deal. They are quick to fight unemployment for digital who had no choice but to leave b/c they had no department but we have to deal with them not wanting to keep up their end of the deal.

Rsu's will be issued depending on vesting period. You will get paid all the rsu's that were fully tested and partially for the stocks from last year. You won't get paid anything for rsu's that were awarded this year.

Company replied and said they'll be paid next week. No comment on being late. No explanation. No recourse. Absolutely disgusting

I just spoke to Fidelity and Verizon told them 45 - 90 days they would release the RSU money! Fidelity said if I had questions about timing call Verizon LOL.

Leave it until the stock goes to 50. Chill out.

Same here, and there it was a yield sign on the Fidelity screen saying that due to high activity transfers may be delayed. I will be calling Fidelity as well. We should have received all of our RSUs, 40 per share on 11/13 per the VSP contract.

Just spoke to Fidelity. Best they can do from their end is put a request in to the company.
Our former employer has a note that the fidelity reps weren't even ALLOWED to put a request in until AFTER the 60 days had lapsed. So sounds to me like this was the plan all along. Could not be happier to have left
