With so many Guys leaving for better jobs why does it even make sense to have these guys? Some shops have less than 10 techs in total save money and get rid of them

If the raises are bad I see many leaving
25 per sup.....you think one sup can handle 50 flying monkeys?
Shop with 50 techs and we have 4 supervisors. Seems like a waste.
