I work in the northeast as an ACE and see how slow and unproductive sites are becoming. Most sites it’s a lot of sitting around doing nothing. This is the onsite staff as well. No wonder layoffs are occurring.

They layoff higher paid experienced techs and replace them with low paid rookies
It's busy in Texas and they never the less laid technicians off! Nincompoop managers are now scrambling to hire and rehire!
