I hate what Fiserv has turned into. Mediocrity at its finest. I can’t even blame anyone for phoning it in. Why strive to be a high performer when it means absolutely nothing here? Many have just stopped trying, and I don’t blame them one bit. This mess is entirely on the leadership and the toxic environment they’ve built.

Can confirm that Clover is garbage. I'm not sure how Merchant One has been so successful based on what I've heard about the predatory nature of that company and seen of this Saka guy--actually, we've never seen him, 6-7 months in and he's never addressed the group EVER. Not by email, or teams call... No communication, definitely favors inside sales or a handful of field reps. It's gross.
"Management" "Think" ? Those two words don't go together when talking about Fiserv.
how does management think this d-mb sh-t approach help employees to focus, rest when they rest or produce better work. What do they think make things happen? As if they have learned nothing from all of the studies on psychology, productivity, and even model other companies that produce technology or in finance that are on top. Look at the garbage clover is becoming. Just use your eyes. Much nicer experience before it was acquired. Total ponzi scheme of a company. They get transactions in the short term from acquisition and then make garbage product. Woow great job!
