I think we all need a four-day weekend every week to properly de-stress from having to deal with this place.

I asked my manager for the flexible schedule and I was denied. Apparently my CVS doesn't like flexible or 4 day work weeks. But they act like they care about mental health.
It is now leadership by fear. They got ya where they want you with the constant threat of a layoff at any time.
12-15 days are becoming the norm as they talk about work live balance.

I have never seen morale this bad. My Executive director is not even trying to look like he cares about anyone but himself. He did not even share or review the survey results. Why bother! Just people whining. Shame on VP to let him get away with it. She is in over her head. Just gets mislead by him. She has not spoke to anyone one on one since she took over. Both need to go or they should just stop pretending they are even trying to fix.
