Can anybody provide more info about the rumored layoffs?

Few jobs were eliminated in HQ. Top level directors, few managers and few from product management. May be around 25-30.
Many underpaid and not happy are looking outside the company since Roku has stopped paying Bay Area market pay rate.
They are cutting here in USA and hiring outside USA to cut cost, just like many big tech companies.
Any info would be appreciated.
