Acquisition closing is finalized only when you all get offer letter with new title, salary and benefits from HPE. If this is not done, it is months away to close the deal. No mistman involved here.

Kids,
Follow news properly. Also, if you don’t have offer letter, the acquisition is not final. No one publish he closing date for you.
Incorrect. Offers do not come until AFTER closing. HPE has 90 days after closing to give offers or terminate. Though some have been offered retention bonuses from Juniper, they do not have an actual offer of employment from HPE.
OP has never experienced an acquisition before.
Nope, that is inaccurate.
DOC (day of close)-> Day0 (nothing change from comp/title/benefit) -> Day1(HPE offer if any, timeline depending on the region)
That is not correct.
Closing of the acquisition happens first, and then the incorporation of employees starts.
