I fully believe Juniper will stagnate and fade away because of its failure to attract and retain young talent. Let's face it, we're at the point where very few people worth their salt are looking to join the company and once they do, they can't wait to leave. With the management constantly getting rid of institutional knowledge through layoffs, I can't see a positive outcome for all of this.

actually I have many young, very bright colleagues. and the luster and super salaries of the FANGs have lost a lot of luster.
