Because no one here will actually answer it's because the senior leadership had to meet with ARM's senior leadership to attempt to resolve the ARM V Qualcomm lawsuit prior to the trial (on November 14th). Along with that there is Investor day in New York on the 19th which senior leadership needed to prepare for as well.
Delayed due to HR putting the finishing touches on Qcom's '24 update of the Di-ken's classic "A Christmas Carol." Of course CA will play Scrooge, but they're not sure how many of the lowly urchins will get the axe. Will it be 10% or 15%? Oh, the dilemma...! This version has no happy ending. Be safe, go lean on xmas presents this year.
