So, sounds like the change in flex work policy change being enforced as of Jan 1st intention is attrition to avoid layoffs and payment of severance… this company has really gone down hill with the new CEO. They’re already tracking swipes/productivity/activity/etc. While they complain about the challenges of finding talent, they’re doing very little to retain the talent we do have. They don’t seem to care much for people and culture anymore, that’s for sure. So I suspect, depending on the the Jan 1 numbers there will likely be another round of layoffs or “restructuring” in late Q1/Q2. But it’ll likely be before the bonuses roll out to sc--w more people over. So might be time to start job hunting for some peeps. Also, this N75 thing, doesn’t it feel like a load of cr-p?

It used to be that way in Canada, not the US, and now you have to be employed the day of your bonus to get it in either country. That being said, if they are laying you off they’d probably waive that but they certainly aren’t required to.

Don't add bonuses to the worry list. Their policy through the worst of it has been that bonuses only require you to be employed through Jan. 31 to qualify.

My girlfriend is in HR and she told me it is not looking good. Staff reductions are on the way and another culling is happening soon. Morlae is at it lowest, no one cares about enbridge, money is better found outside thise sinking ship! I am looking for a new better enviroment that cares about its employees!
