I think we can all agree. The senior leadership team has been the problem for the last five years. The ideas stink, and it’s costing families jobs.

I’ve worked at 3 different large companies, Staples for 9 years. I have to say right now this is the worst collection of “leaders” I have every come across. It’s amateur hour all around. US Retail is a joke. Many GM’s have bailed and they can’t find replacements. Labor slashed. Stores are a mess, physically. The RVP’s are useless. The end is near.
