Did I hear that right? SM starts with "Beware & buckle up"... not a great positive way to start!!

The guy just needs to start wearing a green suit & hat and start talking about the pot o' gold that's out there in the Clouds.
We'll all get a chuckle and may actually be more productive.
(Yes, I know he's not Irish).
I would love to see a timeline video of these All hands. They were a total waste of time when I was there many years ago with OR.
The leaders would say stuff and the Engineers would look at each other in confusion
