Answer: like all tech corps are doing

  • reduce layers (too many titles, too many managerial positions of too many things and very little accomplished) - ONE person. Not 10. One simple title.
  • eliminate overlapping areas of responsibility. One person. Not 10. One.
  • eliminate NON-ESSENTIAL jobs - 80-90% of office positions are not necessary.

LOL, when has management not been dark? Management is basically just a wing of HR. The less you know about what's happening outside of your swim lane, the better for Intel. And notice how the water in your swim lane is murky but nobody is putting in much effort to clear it?
